REBUILD/CONVERSION FORM

This form is intended for service work or product conversions that are not covered under warranty. It also applies to customers who are not the original owners of the parts or suspension, as well as dealers contacting us on behalf of a customer. If you or your client obtained these parts secondhand—whether as a gift, trade, or resale—the repairs will not qualify for coverage under our lifetime warranty.

If you are the original owner and received these parts directly from a dealership or vendor, and you have a Manufacture Defect then please fill out our Warranty Form.

1. Submit Request: To request a rebuild or conversion
2. Rebuild/Conversion Quote: We will provide a quote for the service/shipping.
3. Return Authorization & Invoice: After accepting the charges, we will provide you with an RA number and send you an invoice that includes the cost of the rebuild/conversion and round-trip shipping.
4. Payment & Shipping: Once you’ve paid the invoice, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label to send the suspension back to us.
5. Turnaround Time: Once we receive your suspension, the rebuild or conversion will be completed within 3-4 business days.
6. Tracking Information: After the work is done, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your return shipment.
