Can I book an appointment?

Yes, at our Headquarters we will set up appointments in person. We require payment to set your appointment.

Can I have warranty/service work done during the Rally?

Only our headquarters is equipped to service suspension. We strongly recommend completing any service work prior to your arrival to ensure a safe, worry-free ride. If service is needed on-site, please stop in and speak with a Sales Rep to request a time slot—availability is limited and not guaranteed.

Can I leave while my suspension is getting installed?

Yes. However, we can NOT store motorcycles overnight and we require all customers to pick up their bike before closing time. Our hours of operation during the rally are 8am – 4pm MST. Please plan accordingly for checkout and final suspension tuning.

Can I get my suspension installed before or after "The Sturgis Motorcycle Rally"?
