REBUILD/CONVERSION FORM
If you are the original owner and received these parts directly from a dealership or vendor, and you have a Manufacture Defect then please fill out our Warranty Form.
- Submit Request: To request a rebuild or conversion
- Rebuild/Conversion Quote: We will provide a quote for the service/shipping.
- Return Authorization & Invoice: After accepting the charges, we will provide you with an RA number and send you an invoice that includes the cost of the rebuild/conversion and round-trip shipping.
- Payment & Shipping: Once you’ve paid the invoice, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label to send the suspension back to us.
- Turnaround Time: Once we receive your suspension, the rebuild or conversion will be completed within 3-4 business days.
- Tracking Information: After the work is done, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your return shipment.
All non-warrantable shocks rebuilt at our facility will carry a ONE-YEAR WARRANTY after the rebuild or conversion to guarantee our work.
