It’s not advisable to use a lowering kit with our shocks. Lowering blocks typically shift the lower mounting portion of the shock backward, altering the shock’s mounting angle. This change affects the swingarm’s leverage on the shocks, which our shocks aren’t designed to handle. The increased angle and leverage ratio can compromise ride quality, as our shocks’ spring rates and damping qualities aren’t optimized for this scenario. This setup can lead to suboptimal ride comfort and negatively impact rebound and damping control.
