Prices are subject to change without notice. All South Dakota sales are subject to sales tax.

REFUNDS

Legend Suspensions has a 7 day return policy on Legend Suspensions products from the original purchase date. If seeking a refund from Legend Suspensions, the merchandise to be refunded, must have been purchased directly from the Legend Suspensions online store. Legend Suspensions will not issue a refund on any items purchased from an outside dealer or distributor. Legend Suspensions will not refund shipping cost on returned merchandise. Any returns sent COD will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

No merchandise shall be returned to Legend Suspensions without first obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number. You can obtain an RA number by logging in to your “My Legend” account, and then creating a “case” by clicking the “Support Portal” link located in your “My Legend Dashboard”. You can also email service@legendsuspensions.com for assistance with your return.

If returning a product, it must be returned in the same condition it was received in. If upon inspection we find the merchandise to be in good and unused condition, we will issue a credit or refund for the value of the merchandise minus the 5% restocking fee and return shipping cost.

REFUSED ORDERS

Refused orders are subject to a 5% re-stocking charge and all freight charges will be paid by the customer.

FREIGHT CLAIMS

All freight shipped from Legend Suspensions is carefully packaged before shipping.
All freight shipped from Legend Suspensions will be insured for the full purchase price.

Any damage or shortages due to shipping must be reported to Legend Suspensions within 3 days of receiving.

BACK ORDERS

Back orders will be filled as quickly as possible. If there should be any reason for you to cancel your back order, please let us know as soon as possible.

FOREIGN ORDERS

All of our foreign orders must be paid for in U.S. currency via PayPal unless other arrangements are made prior to shipping. Payment must be received in advance of shipping merchandise. Legend Suspensions is not responsible for the duties and taxes on each individual country when shipping overseas. The charges will be carried on to the customer when billing comes through to Legend Suspensions from our carrier.

LEGEND REWARDS

Legend may modify Legend Rewards terms or conditions with or without notice, and may terminate Legend Rewards at any time. All Legend Rewards are given at the discretion of Legend Suspensions. Points can be changed, removed or added at any time and have no cash value. Your participation in Legend Rewards confirms your acceptance of these terms.
